Mark and the audience share their thoughts on Sarah Palin and Joe Biden. Specific topics include issues like SCHIP.

This is just a follow up. I had called in and mentioned that even Michael Moore thought SCHIP wasn’t what it was supposed to be. Here’s proof.
SCHIP was lobbied for by health insurance companies. It wasn’t just about helping children. Utah does have health care clinics that are paid for by the tax payers, but most people in Utah don’t know they are there to take advantage of their benefits.
Notice most of the clinics under Prenatal Care say they are just medical clinics

I have been to Copperview Community Health Center, and they operate just like a regular doctor’s office. They mainly cater to people that don’t speak English, but they will help US natives as well. The fee is based on income. If you make too little you pay nothing.
The clinics operate quite well. They are real socialized health care centers. The problem is, most people in Utah don’t know they exist so they can see what real socialized health care looks like. The people who actually pay taxes, aren’t reaping the benefits.
SCHIP is not socialized health care because it’s just a scam to funnel tax payer money to health insurance companies against the will of the people.
